Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring products are properly handled and package for shipment.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and assisting with order-related questions.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in inventory management task, such as restocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while consistently meeting performance metrics and service level agreements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order picking is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
• Ability to pack objects, work on your feet, using tape gun and shrink wrap.

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
