Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Enter work orders, perform data entry, and maintain accurate customer records
- Order Product required for work orders
- Schedule technicians and manage technician calendar
- Do confirmation calls
- Collect payments from customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus
