Customer Service - automotive knowledge/experience is an asset but not required
Positive, energetic, customer focused team member who will provide exceptional experience for all customers
- Greet customers (walk-in, drive-up, phone), create service orders and supporting documents
- Provide customer status updates (waiting, phone), update service orders & documents
- Customer check-out and payment. Finalize work orders and supporting documents.
- Establish and nurture strong on-going relationships with customers
- Excellent working relationships with all team members
- Willing to learn knowledge of Maintenance & Repairs, all makes of vehicles
- Willing to learn knowledge of Oil changes and other Scheduled Maintenance, Tires, Safety Inspections
- Communicate with automotive mechanics, order parts, provide estimates, schedule and plan shop repairs
- Develop various types of customer situation/needs assessments and solution alternatives
Skills & Attributes:
- Automotive service experience an asset but not required
- Attention to detail and keeping shop on schedule
- Critical thinking is an absolute must
- Consistent positive attitude and energy, works well in a positive, fast moving, team-based, customer focused environment
- Strong desire to consistently learn & grow at a rapid pace
- Strong desire to develop your leadership skills & abilities
- Strong desire to be part of a motivated team committed to the highest level performance and ongoing improvement
- Must be comfortable working with computers
- Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word experience preferred
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
