The Bemac Collision Group has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a well-established, progressively growing group of companies. Reporting directly to the Shop Manager, The Customer Service Representative r is responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions.
· Finalizes and closes all completed work orders.
· Updates receivables by following up with insurance companies regarding unpaid invoices
· Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.
· Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information and discrepancies.
· Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Write-offs authorized by Joey Barber (Financial Controller)
· Summarizes receivables by maintaining AR Aging report, review, and following up on collections.
· Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Primary phone receiver, should be answering 90% of incoming calls.
· Post and file parts (vendor) invoices.
· Compile monthly vendor statements with invoices. Ensure all invoices are posted accurately within the operating system.
· Document and Complete paperwork for all customers in relation to their repair including courtesy car
· Schedule in clients for the repairs to their vehicles
Skills and Experience:
· Experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
· Very good understanding of basic accounting principles
· Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures in a timely manner
· Proficient data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Experience with operating spreadsheets
· Proficiency in English/French and in MS Office (Primarily word and excel)
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
