As the Customer Service Representative for our premium outdoor lighting organization, you will be passionate about ensuring an unparalleled customer experience in the world of mid to high-end outdoor lighting. This role demands a professional with a passion for outdoor lighting solutions, a robust technical background, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to all of our partners.
What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed within our CRM
- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into the system
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional manner
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
