### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and office manager. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. All training will be provided and you will acquire a CPSGT designation (certified polysomnography tech). ### Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and education about sleep apnea and our products and services
- Assist clients in all aspects of their testing and therapy and provide lifelong support to our clients
- Analyze client needs, troubleshoot issues and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve client complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain client records and update relevant information in the database
- Collaborate with other locations to ensure client satisfaction and optimal patient care
### Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in Customer Service or office management a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional Customer Service practices
