Customer Service Representative/Cashier

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Indian Head Bakery. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our customers. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses- Prepare soups/subs/sandwiches in a timely, friendly, food safe manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Process customer orders
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers

-Assist with the slicing and packaging of a variety of baked goods

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
