What you will do:
- Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
- Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts while ensuring 100% accuracy
- Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the End of Day Report and Payments Listing
- Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
- Completes administrative correspondence
- Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
- Champion Nutriens culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards
What you will bring:
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Must possess a valid Canadian drivers license
- Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous SAP experience, an asset
