EcoTech Windows & Doors, a leading provider of energy-efficient windows and doors, is seeking a Customer Service Inbound Call Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Inbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing excellent Customer Service, and resolving issues or concerns related to our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide excellent Customer Service.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Gather, maintain and follow up with customers for positive online reviews.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
