Position Summary:

This role is responsible for everything “Customer!”

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to all our customers from start to finish. From the time they place the order, until the moment they receive it, it’s all Customer Service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

· Order Management in B2B environment: processing PO’s, following up on quantity changes, revisions, pick up / delivery and all order related communication.

· Being a point of contact that connects our customers to all other departments.

· Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on Customer Service issues

· Interacting with production, warehouse, and quality assurance departments to provide updates on all orders.

· Taking ownership of all CS processes & continuously improving on them i.e. eliminating inefficient steps.

· Supporting CS Manager in departmental tasks, up to and including Building processes, System testing and implementation.

· Be the voice of the customer by owning all CS interactions and continuously refining the procedure.

Education, Experience & Competency Requirements:

· Undergraduate degree with two years’ experience or 5 years’ experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail

· Skilled in Customer database Systems or willingness to learn.

· Technology savvy and comfortable with learning new systems and software

· Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.

· Effective time management in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Proficient use of various computer programs such as MS Office365 is an asset.

· Tech Savy- utilizing technology to work smarter not harder.
