Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing assistance and information about our coffee products.
• Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, whether in-store or online.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving for positive resolutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our coffee offerings, guiding customers in their selection and enhancing their overall experience.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with other team members, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer journey.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by recommending complementary products or offerings.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with other departments to uphold the highest standards of product quality and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Passion for coffee and a basic understanding of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Salary: $17.75-$19.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
