Responsibilities:

- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, working towards positive resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively and provide recommendations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless Customer Service experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance with order processing, returns, and exchanges, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the products offered by COSMIQ STORE.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
