Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound calls related to waste management services. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, address concerns, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to think on your feet to find effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about our waste management services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • 2-3 years within a similar Customer Service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Excel, TRUX and Salesforce)
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
