As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
```Experience```
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with sales or upselling techniques is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
