- Any tasks assigned by the Director of Customer Care & Warranty, VP’s, ownership.
- Work closely with the construction team to coordinate cleaning of units and completing any outstanding related items from PDI.
- Ensure units are ready for occupancy.
- Preparing all purchaser files, documentation and responsible for upkeep. Maintaining of any on-going live spreadsheets.
- Coordination of deficiencies resolution with trades – sending weekly updates as required.
- Maintain all warranty service requests in the Newstar system (coordinate all documentation of lists including signoffs and updating completed items Fielding all homeowner inquires and respond within 24 hours with a resolution or update
- Ensuring homeowners are informed of the status of their deficiencies by completing on-going touch points provide homeowners with an escalated avenue for complaint resolution and
- Oversee in-suite inspections for 30-day, year-end and 2nd year submissions including inspections and major repairs
- Responsible for all conciliation files and repairs – updates of this file to be sent to the Director
- Monitor the Tarion portal for all newly submitted warranty letters and conciliation requests.
- Ensuring appropriate managers are aware of any building concerns or trends that require resolution with specific trades.
- Responsible to manage all Handyman – schedule, performance etc.
- Handle all day to day activity on site

Salary: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
