Responsibilities:
- Tracing ongoing shipments and scheduling of delivery appointments.
- Oversees the processing of client’s orders by managing and maintaining inbound/outbound orders.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
