As a Customer Service Representative at, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects and address inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide expert advice on paint products, color selection, and application techniques.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest paint products, brands, and industry trends.
- Assist customers in finding specific products and recommend alternatives when necessary.
Problem Resolution:
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work with customers to find satisfactory solutions, including returns or exchanges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $23.30-$26.25 per hour
