Lee’s Autoworks is seeking individuals for full-time positions, Monday to Friday with automotive experience, positive attitude, and want to expand their career. We are expanding our team and looking to hire a skilled and knowledgeable level 2-3 automotive apprentice, licensed 310 S technician and service advisor! The responsibilities for the service advisor would be expected but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and emails, as well as scheduling appointments
- Organizing all information and paperwork required for the technician
- Clear communication with the technicians and client
- Office maintenance
- Additional administrative responsibilities
Qualifications for a service advisor would be:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Vehicle knowledge is not required, however it is recommended
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Please note: additional training will be provided to service advisor’s to expand their vehicle knowledge and experience with the software's used in the business’s daily operations
