Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Teddy Grocery Imports, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing support to our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup of products.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to achieve a positive outcome for the customer and the company.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and provide recommendations.
- Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms to address inquiries, provide updates on orders, and follow up on feedback.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales-related activities, such as promoting special offers, upselling products, and encouraging customer loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database systems.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless Customer Service and support.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the Customer Service department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of grocery products and imports is an asset.
