- Knowledge and experience of Financial Services is desirable but not essential!
Responsibilities...
- Deliver outstanding service to our customers - assisting with their enquiries and requests
- Support our customer in making changes to their policy to suit their need
- Drive Service improvement by identifying trends and supporting the necessary changes
- Handle objections confidently, addressing any concerns through exceptional product knowledge
