Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts
Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and Customer Service best practices
- Sales experience is a plus

Salary: $28.55-$32.42 per hour
