We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Warriach Meats. This role involves greeting customers, supporting back-end operations, packing orders, and providing courteous assistance in a meat restaurant setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
Duties :
- Support back-end operations to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Provide polite and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding menu items and special offerings.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a meat restaurant and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the food or restaurant industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a meat restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
