Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Warriach Meats. This role involves greeting customers, supporting back-end operations, packing orders, and providing courteous assistance in a meat restaurant setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.

Duties :

• Support back-end operations to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Provide polite and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding menu items and special offerings.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of a meat restaurant and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the food or restaurant industry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a meat restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• Food industry: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
