Jokey North America is searching for aCustomer Service Representative who can offer professional Customer Service and support our outside sales team by coordinating customer orders with production planning and shipping.
The position is at our Mitchell Street location, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, overtime may occur on occasion.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and review sales orders and contracts for upwards of 100 customers
- Provide exceptional support to customers and sales representatives
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Process customer complaints
- Update customer records and database
- Compile sales reports/statistics
- Manage delivery timelines
- Tracking of overseas container shipments
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to plan and work independently in an organized manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Expert computers skills (MS office, internet, ERP system)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills
- 3 years in a fast paced Customer Service/administration oriented position
- Direct inside sales and sales quotation preparation experience preferred
