About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients via chat and email, and in some cases via phone and video chat where appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Attend regular training and knowledge sessions
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Regularly meet with the in-house social media and communications team to share stories of daily customer interactions to help create content for various social media initiatives
Qualifications:
- Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Excellence in English; additional language skills (especially french) are a bonus
- Ability to navigate computer software systems and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- An interest in marketing and communications is a bonus
