Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client in London, Ontario. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both consumers and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order placement.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and inquiries effectively.
- Support corporate clients with bulk orders, customization requests, and account management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Passion for providing exceptional Customer Service and contributing to a positive team environment.
