We are currently seeking a contract, part-time Customer Service Representative for approximately 12-months to work at our Mississauga location – 2785 Skymark Avenue.
SCHEDULE:
- 3 days/week: Monday/Thursday/Friday – shift rotation after training period: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm
- Weekend rotation approximately every 6 weeks
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the coordination of Services for IV Therapy, Medical Supply, and Enteral Nutrition clients; and to coordinate timely delivery to patients and assist with resolving product and servicing issues. The incumbent must be flexible and adaptable to changes of responsibility reflective of the business needs and work well in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the incumbent will be talking to Doctors, Nurses and Home Care workers. The incumbent must demonstrate high integrity and good judgment; always ensuring high service quality while working without direct supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of services for IV and TPN Therapy, Medical Supply and Enteral Nutrition clients
- Coordinates and prioritizes medical and I.V. supply orders by date and time for homecare patients
- Assists with resolving product, and service issues.
- Ensure accuracy and quality is maintained and work in compliance with Calea Standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma in a related medical discipline as asset, or work related experience.
- Minimum one year Customer Service experience in a medical environment.
- Pharmacy Assistant diploma/experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and telephone skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of our evolving business needs
