We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Duties
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
- Providing accurate information about products or services
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Booking appointments for free water and air testing
- Conducting data entry to update customer records
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in english
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a must
