Skills/Experiences/Qualifications
- Primary responsibility is Customer Service (ie: answer phone calls and emails)
- Schedules and notifies field technicians of work order assignments using a field service management software.
- Ensures maximum efficient capacity of technicians.
- Maintains Customer Service records.
- Records necessary information into the database.
- Maintains good customer and technician relationships.
- Performs related work as required.
Skills/Experiences/Qualifications
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have enthusiasm for Customer Service and understand the requirements of genuine customer commitment.
- Must exercise professional telephone etiquette and e-mail correspondence skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work as a team player yet work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Previous dispatching/Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Must have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and French.
