Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders and concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
