Our client a growing 3PL provider is looking for (5) Customer Service Representative's to add to their growing team in Mississauga.
This position provides a high level of Customer Service by understanding the client's offerings, developing internal and external relationships and effectively processing customer orders.. This position requires strong Customer Service skills and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and inquires in a timely manner.
Field and resolve calls regarding third party providers.
Track customer parcels and resolve missing items query.
Manage customer files.
Provide administrative help to front office and warehouse as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
