Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time permanent Customer Service Representative for our client located in Ottawa, ON.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for Service Calls and Work Orders, booking appointments for the sales rep as well as some miscellaneous administrative duties.  This is a fast-paced, high-volume operation – flexibility to multi-task is a requirement.

• Salary: $50,000/year

• Location: East Ottawa, ON

• Shifts: Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm and 7:00am – 12:00pm

• Job type: Full-time | Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Receive emails or incoming calls (confirm warranty period)

• Schedule work with customer and site foreman – add to calendars

• Keep records of all service calls and follow up of completion sign offs

• Submit signed copies to builders and file documents

• Create work orders (ERP)

• Keep records of all work orders

• Submit copies to site electricians/technicians

• Follow up for completed work orders

• Prepare invoicing for chargeable work orders

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• High school diploma

• Post-secondary education in the electrical field is an asset

• 3-5 years experience in the construction industry is an asset

• 1-2 years’ experience in clerical work

• Customer service experience

• Experience with MS Excel, Outlook

• English and French verbal and written communication is required

• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks

• Strong teamwork skills
