Nella Toronto is looking for a Customer Service Member to join our team for our Norfinch location!
Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services
- Pick and pack orders as required (i.e., online orders, showroom orders, etc.)
- Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement
- Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them
- Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service
- Assist with shelf-stocking and merchandising
- Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset
- Speaking a second language is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfort in working in a high-volume role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift 50-60lbs
