Customer Service Representative

```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, both over the phone and via email
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell products and services to existing customers
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

```Qualifications:```

-Ability to manage all aspects of office and administrative

- Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint

- Fluent with Quickbooks
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
