Customer Service Representative – Parts

Pioneer Family Pools Hamilton is looking for a personable and professional Customer Service Representative to work closely with our existing team members to provide outstanding service to clients during our peak season. You will become a part of a supportive team in a fast paced and exciting environment. The successful candidate will work out of our Burlington location. This is a seasonal position and would be a great fit for college and/or university students!

You will be provided with extensive training regarding procedures and equipment knowledge. Prior experience in the pool industry is not required, but is an asset.

Responsibilities:

· Handle a high volume of customers seeking new equipment as well as repair advice in a very fast-paced environment

· Maintain and follow up with leads and online inquiries

· Actively assist in maintaining parts department stock

· Answer client questions accurately and efficiently

· Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

· Keeping up to date with everchanging stock and product availability

· All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail

· Friendly and positive attitude

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues

· Excellent organizational skills

· Proficiency with computers

· Must be available to work weekends

Hours: 34-40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.55 per hour
