Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels when needed
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints when needed
• Processing orders, arranging transport, and daily invoicing and filing when needed
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Qualification:

• No prior experience is needed; we will provide on-the-job training.
• Verbal and written communication skills in the business environment
• Collaboration & team skills
• Interpersonal skills to build a connection with customers and colleagues.
• The ability for listening and helping, willing to learn, and good personality.
• Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $47,000.00-$49,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
