Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels when needed
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints when needed
- Processing orders, arranging transport, and daily invoicing and filing when needed
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Qualification:
- No prior experience is needed; we will provide on-the-job training.
- Verbal and written communication skills in the business environment
- Collaboration & team skills
- Interpersonal skills to build a connection with customers and colleagues.
- The ability for listening and helping, willing to learn, and good personality.
- Basic computer skills
