We’re looking for an upbeat, energetic team player to fill our Customer Service - Warehouse Associate role.
Job description: This an in-person warehouse CSR position and involves some physical activity. You will be responsible for answering or routing telephone and email inquiries, assisting with processing, packing and shipping orders , receiving inventory and setting up fulfillment projects in the system.
Key Accountabilities: Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel and other company staff. Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Answer questions/fulfill callers request or direct to appropriate Olivan team member. Process daily telephone, email and web orders. Check picked contents, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with related paperwork. Receive product, check counts, and enter the information into the system. Working from customer spread sheets create distributions and batch sales orders. Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements: The successful applicant must:
- Be fluent in spoken & written English.
- Poses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a friendly and optimistic personality.
- Be detail oriented.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Hours: 8:00AM – 4:00PM, with half hour for lunch & two 15 minute breaks. Monday – Friday.

Wage: $20.00/hr.
