Client Service Representative needed for fast-paced, collision repair center. We provide a high level of client service and are looking for a team member who loves people and helping others. CSR experience strongly preferred. Full-time position. Necessary tasks and skills include:
- Communicating clearly and effectively face-to-face, by phone and electronically
- Overseeing the client experience and able to multi tasks as working with others
- Knowledge of computers, basic office software
- Ability to multitask and to work efficiently despite interruptions
- Strong work ethic, good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job tasks: Making car rental appointments online, Receiving and processing assignment from Insurance companies, Importing files into our management system, Greeting customers, Handling multiple phone lines, Managing multiple online appointment programs, assist manager with workflow and Receiving part invoices.
