Tim's Whole Health has a full-time permanent position available for a Customer Service Representative - Supplement advising and receiving stock.

**Applicant must have previous retail, cash & sales experience and is able to provide exceptional Customer Service**

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment and successful applicant must be friendly, kind and compassionate. We require strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to take direction, multi-task, learn quickly and work as part of a team. Knowledge of supplements is not required, however a strong interest in learning is - product training will be provided. **Customer service skills and strong work ethic are a must**

Position requires variable full-time hours, andmust be available Mon-Fri 8:45am - 6:15pm and Saturdays 9:45am - 5:15pm, for 37.5 -38.5 hours/week. Starting wage is $18/hour with increases based on growth & performance. Fully paid, personal Medical/Dental/Health benefits are available after probationary period.

Job duties include

• Customer service & building customer relationships
• Supplement advising & recommendations
• Cleaning, dusting & expiration checks
• Restocking shelves
• Maintaining store front
• Cashier back up
• Receiving stock and inventory maintenance
• Other duties as required
