Customer Service Representative

Working in a fast paced car dealership environment, the position focuses on meeting, and greeting new clients, working with management to follow a defined process on the road to a sale.

Also key to the position are duties required for the successful day to day operation of the store. Including but not limited to driving vehicles, organizing the car lot and showroom, cleaning off snow in the winter, and generally staying busy while customers are not in the store.

This is. an hourly pay plus bonus position. Earning a base hourly income of $25 per hour then a bonus of $100 each time a client completes a purchase of a vehicle at the dealership that you have greeted and worked with when the sale was completed.

This is a great opportunity to move into an automotive retail environment and learn the business while earning a base hourly income and additional commission for completed sales. You could expect to earn an addition $500 to $1500 per month.

Working in a car dealership environment your responsibilities will include:

- Pulling up and parking vehicles.

- Driving duties as needed.

- Occasionally washing and cleaning vehicles on the lot.

- Snow removal from vehicles after a snowfall.

- Contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
