Job Description: Customer Service Representative - Mandatory Experience from Logistics background (Calling profile)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
