Busy freight brokerage company is seeing a CSR/Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher
This is NOT a remote position
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients, over the phone and by email
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate freight updates to customers and carriers
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Utilize phone systems and email effectively
```Qualifications```
- Previous transportation and logistics is an asset, but not mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in proofreading and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 - Word, Outlook. Excel is an asset
- Accounting and technical computer background is an asset
