Specific Responsibilities
- Working the counter in a resort office and retail store (answering phones, stocking inventory, sales, vacation rental check-ins, customer inquiries)
- Event support including set-up and take down
- Cleaning and general housekeeping
- Customer experience support (communication and follow-up with Customer Service tasks)
Requirements
- Experience in a retail & office setting (comfortable answering questions and encouraging sales)
- Intermediate computer and technology skills (operating an iPad and point of sale application)
- Experience with and/or eagerness to learn about solution-based Customer Service (creative problem solving and a positive approach to addressing challenges, concerns, or feedback)
- Experience with and/or interest in hospitality skills (communication with guests, anticipating needs, ensuring positive experiences)
- Willingness to perform basic housekeeping and janitorial duties
- Regular weekend and holiday availability
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
