Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and product information
- Perform data entry and stocking products
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Previous experience in vaping industry and knowledge of vape products is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
- Candidates must be of legal vaping age, 19 years or older
- Ability to provide Criminal Background Check
