Ideal fit:
You are a people person, who will possess and display superior Customer Service, communication, and organizational skills. You are detail orientated and enjoy multitasking, problem solving and collaborating with your teammates.
Objective:
The Print Service Desk is the main point of contact for our Managed Print Clients. Our mission is to provide an excellent customer experience via phone or email. We process service and supply requests for almost 30,000 print devices throughout North America. In addition, we receive incoming requests that are sent to various other teams throughout the organization.
Knowledge, Experience, and Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent (GED)
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- A passion for Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Desire to be a team player
- Personable attitude
- Ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in a contact centre or retail would be an asset
