We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our busy Future Transfer team!
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strong relationship with customers, field customer inquiries
- Processing orders & receipts from customers in our WMS
- Monitor and maintain multiple customer systems, (SAP, Oracle, other)
- Maintain accuracy of records through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Assist in solving inventory, delivery, and order discrepancies
- Coordinate carrier assignments with logistics team, book small parcel carriers
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing
- Maintain up to date customer files
- Providing the appropriate paperwork to customers & warehouse team
- Assist in warehouse operations, when required
- Other related duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:
- Related work experience of 3 -5 years required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with external customers and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of the team as well as independently
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Strong computer skills and ability to operate within Microsoft Office suite of products, and other computer systems – SAP experience considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Working Conditions:
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
- Long periods of sitting, some standing
- Variable environment as may be required to spend time in the warehouse when resolving issues
