You will manage the day-to-day operations of the company. You’ll be a champion of our vision and our culture - bringing up the team around you while supporting the president of the company as he continues to focus on sustained and intentional growth.
You’ll be a leader, a mentor, a coach, a manager, and an adaptive doer. You will make sure things get done, but also be proactive and forward thinking - bringing organization and process to the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
Company
- Support the company in the continued implementation and day-to-day use of EOS. Specifically as the EOS Integrator supporting the EOS Visionary. This includes all duties of an EOS Integrator, ensuring each teammate is completing their roles & responsibilities within the accountability chart, quarterly rocks are completed, and issues are being resolved and to-do’s are being completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee all departments and department heads, ensuring each department head is supported in the day-to-day of their role and in mentoring and coaching each of them to continue to improve their own professional development as well as the success of their department.
- Manage up and support the CEO in their day-to-day roles as well as in the development and execution of their vision and overall strategies for the company.
- Manage to and continue to create or evolve SOPs (standard operating procedures) for each department with corresponding training and success criteria.
- Develop and/or evolve KPIs for each department and provide updates of these KPIs to the leadership team - ensuring the KPIs accuracy and relevancy. This is defined as our scorecard.
- Support each employee and freelancer with clear communications and positive leadership - focusing on maintaining our culture and supporting the overall vision and core values of the company.
- Encourage each employee’s professional development by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities.
- Assess and identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Learn, understand and implement best practices in the live event industry, keeping current with technological advancements and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
