We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our food service operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, food preparation, customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Manage and supervise a team of kitchen staff and front-of-house employees
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
