What our Customer Service and Sales Associates are Responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted point of contact to advise customers on service offerings and develop effective solutions to meet their specific needs
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our mission, business, and sales techniques by attending meetings, networking events, and virtual conferences
• Providing consistent feedback to the Management team to improve sales, client retainment, and efficiency
• Cultivating new clients, achieving assigned sales goals, and managing sales efforts within the territory assigned
• Follow all company policies and ensure all consumer interactions are in a professional and friendly manner
• Generating revenue among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products, when necessary

What we are looking for in a Customer Service and Sales Associate:

• Someone with experience in client service, customer support, sales, or client relations
• Someone with a high school diploma, an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Someone who is self-managed with the ability to thrive in a team setting

The Customer Service and Sales Associate receives an uncapped commission and regular performance bonuses. High achieving Customer Service and Sales Associates earn between $55,000-$68,000 per year, and average earners receive $48,000-$57,000 in commission per year.
