Customer Focused, Customer Success Representative
DORE Property Management is currently seeking a detailed orientated, customer focused, Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and dispatching work orders to a team of professional contractors. You must be a team player that can demonstrate strong customer service skills while working in a fast-paced environment. “It’s all in the details” must be your motto to ensure world class service is given each and every time.
Previous experience in property management maintenance/general contracting is an asset but not required. Please note this is a contractor/consultant role (self employed).
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required
- Ability to manage full-service cycle required (incoming request, dispatch, update clients, follow ups, closing updates, requesting feedback)
- Strong communication skills are a must; this roll is shared between three people who must be able to communicate effectively with each other
- Full time position working every 4th weekend with Thursday & Friday off prior
- Ability to work unsupervised is a strong asset
- High volume of email correspondence and data entry are a major component of this role
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to change is a must
- Strong understanding of home maintenance and renovation work
- Ability to project manage small renovation requests

Salary: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
