We are seeking an L1 Support Specialist with a keen interest in data and analytics to join our Calgary office. The role involves providing first-level technical support and proactively managing client needs with impeccable communication. The candidate should be skilled in ServiceNow, managing support tickets effectively and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support with a focus on Data Analytics and ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and manage data pipelines.
• Efficiently handle and maintain support tickets in ServiceNow.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and impeccable communication.
• Document technical solutions and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Analytics and familiarity with Power BI.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and ticket management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive client management.
• Relevant technical certification or coursework in Data Analytics.
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
