Overview

We are seeking an L1 Support Specialist with a keen interest in data and analytics to join our Calgary office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals aspiring to a career in Data Analytics. The role involves providing first-level technical support and proactively managing client needs with impeccable communication. The role demands a customer-centric approach, ensuring client satisfaction with resolutions. The candidate should be skilled in ServiceNow, managing support tickets effectively and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support with a focus on Data Analytics and ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and manage data pipelines.
  • Efficiently handle and maintain support tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and impeccable communication.
  • Document technical solutions and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Data Analytics and familiarity with Power BI.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and ticket management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive client management.
  • Relevant technical certification or coursework in Data Analytics.
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
